Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Covenant Sites ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at covenantsites.com and client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Covenant Sites provides web design, development, and related digital services including:

• Custom website design and development
• AI-powered customer service chat agents
• Website analytics review and data-driven design
• Managed hosting and maintenance (optional)
• Client portal for project management and communication

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and throughout the project
• Respond to communications and review deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to all content (text, images, logos) provided for your website
• Only connect Google Analytics accounts that you own or have authorization to share
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

• Project pricing is based on the selected tier and any additional add-ons as agreed upon in your proposal
• A deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Monthly subscriptions (AI agent, managed hosting) are billed automatically and can be cancelled with 30 days notice
• Refund policies are outlined in your individual project proposal

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom design and content created specifically for your project
• We retain the right to use your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Third-party tools, frameworks, and licensed assets remain the property of their respective owners
• Our proprietary systems (Enoch AI platform, templates, internal tools) remain our intellectual property

6. Google Analytics Integration

By connecting your Google Analytics account through our client portal:

• You authorize us to access read-only analytics data for the purpose of improving your website design
• You confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the connected Google Analytics property
• You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting from your client portal
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of Google Analytics data

7. Managed Hosting

If you opt into managed hosting services:

• We provide hosting, SSL certificates, regular backups, security updates, and uptime monitoring
• While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• You may migrate your site away from our hosting at any time with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covenant Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately. You will receive all completed deliverables up to the date of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our client portal. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
